B.A.K - The Playground

Big.Ass.Kids (B.A.K) is a creative ecosystem founded in 2021 by le’Roy Benros and Carolyn Ortiz. Originally launched as a record label, B.A.K has grown into a platform that supports artists and music professionals through community building, artist services, and innovative initiatives. One of its key offerings is the B.A.K Play.Ground, a space that provides professional development workshops, mental health support, and financial planning tools to help creatives connect and grow. B.A.K also launched the B.A.K Sandbox, a nonprofit initiative supporting music professionals affected by industry layoffs with resources like free Play.Ground memberships and career support.
